The Jakarta Post has Reports that Archeologists Have Found Remains of a German U-Boat

The German submarine has been found about fifty miles off the Central Java Coast near the Kariman Java Islands and the city of Jepara. In coordination with website the team of divers and archeologists feel that this is one of two German U-boats sunk in the Java Sea during WWII. Records from a Dutch submarine coordinated with last known positions of two German submarines indicate that this was probably U-168. Teams of divers are continuing to look for definitive markings and numbers on the wreck, but two plates have been found baring large German Swastikas.
