I had shared recipe which is good to eat this holy week, the Tofu steak. I wish you like it. This time, I’ll be sharing you this fish steak with tausi (salted black beans). Hope you’ll like it.
I marinated the sliced Blue Fin tuna with soy sauce and seasoning with a little ground pepper. I usually did it over night. Then fry it until slightly brown. For the sauce, I sautéed garlic and onion then put the salted black beans with a little water and sugar then sprinkled with a little ground pepper. Simmer this for few minutes. Add calamansi drops then mix before putting on top of the fried fish. Enjoy with hot plain rice!
