I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I do try to eat something everything morning but honestly I am just not hungry for several hours after rising.
I will have either peaches with cottage cheese, and egg mug which is made with Egg Beaters and a Laughing Cow cheese wedge, a breakfast bar or yogurt. As you can tell I want it quick and easy to make and not a whole lot of food.
Recently I bought Yopa! Greek Nonfat Yogurt in a four pack and I do enjoy it although it certainly isn’t a lot of yogurt.
Each container is 3.5 oz and along with the yogurt there is a bit of strawberry type jam on the bottom and there is small separate cup on top of each one with 9 grain granola in it.

After opening the bottom cup and stirring it up you can add the granola to the Greek Yogurt and it makes delicious and a bit healthy breakfast or snack for just 110 calories. The sodium is low at 50mg and there is 9g of Protein, which I like to help keep me a little fuller feeling.
While I like a light breakfast this just seems really, really small. The taste is good and flavorful and the granola adds a good crunch to it.
These aren’t the cheapest either, I believe I paid $2.50 for the four pack but they are so tiny so it feels as if they are rather expensive for the amount that you get.
I have, however, bought this yogurt twice now, so I must like it.
