The Little Couple – Season 1 is a reality show that brings into viewers’ living rooms the challenges and successes of a pair of little people.
+TheLittleCouple+TLC+RealityShow+Littlepeople+JenniferArnold+BillKlein+ReviewChallenge In January of 2009, TLC aired a one-hour special called "Little People: Just Married" which introduced Bill Klein and Jennifer Arnold to the American viewing audience. 1.1 million viewers tuned in that night; and as it usually happens when a special captures a good audience share, TLC followed up with the couples' own reality show, The Little Couple - Season 1 on May 26, 2009. From that day on I looked forward to inviting this couple into my living room each week.
Bill is 4' tall; and his wife, Jennifer, is 3'2". They both have Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia (SED), a form of dwarfism caused by a random genetic mutation which precipitates abnormal collagen formation. This condition is usually characterized by a short trunk, neck and shortened limbs. Both Bill and Jen have had hip replacement surgery due to this condition. Nothing, however, has held this couple back from having successful careers and happy lives. Jennifer received her medical degree from John Hopkins University and interned in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Arnold is now the Medical Director of The Pediatric Simulation Center at Texas Children's Newborn Center and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine.
Bill has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and has done graduate coursework in cellular physiology at New York University. After 15 years' experience in senior management at various companies with annual revenues of $45-200 million, Bill co-founded and is Chief Operating Officer of Emerge Sales in New York City. Emerge is a pioneer of sales force automation, web-based productivity, e-commerce, social media and operational efficiency. In 2009 Emerge was selected for the 2009 Best of Business Award in the Business Services category by the Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA).

You'll get an opportunity to see Jennifer on the job, carrying her step stool from incubator to incubator, not letting her size get in the way of doing her job.
EPISODE 2 - JEN'S BIRTHDAY
It's Jen's birthday; and Bill goes all out with flowers, jewelry and a special surprise. The couple celebrates their one-year anniversary and worry about how they will pay for Bill's recent surgery. EPISODE 13 - WEDDING BELLS ARE RINGING

EPISODE 14 - MAYBE A BABY?
The couple meets with a doctor who specializes in pregnancy for little people.
The obvious love that this couple shares is very touching; and Bill is always very protective and considerate of his bride.
**With all the bullying in today's society, this is the type of enlightening show that would benefit people of all ages. It shows that some people may look different; but they are the same as anyone else.
This show is available on DVD and Amazon Instant Video and is rated G.
The Little Couple is another reality series that I highly recommend.
Thank you for stopping by and happy viewing!
