There are seven books that you should read before they come out in the theaters this year. These books will cover just about any of the bases out there as far as book genres. You'll get books written by: F. Scott Fitzgerald, Charles Dickens, and even lovers' of Judy Bloom it's not just a one hit wonder as far as genres are concerned. 1) Tiger Eyes - Judy Bloom - "Officially released last year, Tiger Eyes is in wider United States distribution this summer. Based on Judy Blume's best-selling young adult novel, the film features Willa Holland as Davey, a young woman coping with her father's death, Amy Jo Johnson as her mother, and Tatanka Means as Wolf, the Native American boy she meets in New Mexico."

2) Winter's Tale - Mark Helprin - "Colin Farrell, Will Smith, Russell Crowe, and Jennifer Connolly hit the big screen in this adaptation of Mark Helprin's novel. Set in a supernatural version of 1916 and present-day Manhattan, Winter's Tale is a love story about Peter Lake, a girl named Beverly Penn, and New York."

3) The Hunger Games: Catching Fire - Suzanne Collins - "Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson reprise their roles as Katniss and Peeta in this second installment of The Hunger Games trilogy. They find themselves targets of the Capitol after their victory in the 74th installment of the Hunger Games causes a rebellion. Phillip Seymour Hoffman takes a turn as Plutarch Heavensbee (he will appear in both Mockingjay installments), Elizabeth Banks appears as Effie Trinket, and Liam Hemsworth repeats his role as Gale Hawthorne"

4) The Wolverine in 3D - "This version of Wolverine's story is based on a 1982 comic mini-series by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller. Hugh Jackman reprises the role alongside Famke Janssen and Will Yun Lee in this late-summer release, sure to be a winner in the special effects and makeup departments"

5) You Will Know Her Name - "This latest adaptation of Stephen King's classic horror novel features Chloƫ Grace Moretz as ill-fated prom queen Carrie, Julianne Moore as her mother, Judy Greer, and Ansel Elgort. Carrie is due to hit theaters again in October."

6) Ender's Game - "This film adaptation of Orson Scott Card's classic science fiction novel features Asa Butterfield as Ender Wiggin, and Abigail Breslin as his sister, Valentine. Considered a great hope to save the Earth after 70 years of torment from the alien Buggers, Ender heads to combat school, which just happens to be in orbit around the planet. Due in November, the film will also have an IMAX version."

7) The Wolf on Wall Street - "Based on Jordan Belfort's memoir of his fall from Wall Street wealth to prison for refusing to cooperate in a securities fraud case, this November release features Leonardo DiCaprio as Belfort, and a cast including Matthew McConaughey, Jonah Hill, Spike Jonze, and Rob Reiner. "
