Yesterday, Twitter started allowing a select number of users to download all their tweets in a calendar-type archive.
According to several sources, the new option is located in the "Settings" area of your profile. There should be a button saying "Request your archive", with the following message displayed underneath:
"You can request a file containing your information, starting with your first Tweet. A link will be emailed to you when the file is ready to be downloaded."
"Twitter has confirmed to us that it is currently testing the ability to download tweets with “a very small percentage” of users," says The Next Web (thenextweb.com/twitter/2012/12/16/twitter-has-started-rolling-out-the-option-to-download-all-your-tweets/).
For those who cannot see the option yet, it should be available soon.
