It's nice to dream to be on the beach of a beautiful Caribbean Island sipping a refreshing drink.

Let's make a trip to see which are the the most famous drinks from some of these islands.

Planter's Rum Punch from Jamaica
2 oz dark rum - 1/4 oz grenadine - 1 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp syrup
pineapple or orange juice to fill
lemon or orange slice for garnish
Pour all ingredients in a shaker, add ice cubes, shake well and serve

Mojito - from Cuba
8 mint leaves
2 tsp white sugar
1 lime cut in half
Club soda
Place the mint leaves and the sugar and squeeze the lime juice into one glass. Mix to dissolve the sugar.
Put one half of the lime into the glass, then add the rum and stir.
Add ice cubes and some club soda. Serve garnished with mint sprigs.

Painkiller - British Virgin Islands
2 oz. dark rum
1 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Coconut milk
Mix the pineapple and orange juices and add the coconut milk. Pour into a glass over ice cubes.
Add 2 oz of dark rum and add a hint of grated nutmeg.
You can garnish with a slice of pineapple, a slice of orange and a cherry.
