Banana Con Yelo
Saba bananas, each cut into three bias slices
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water to a boil. Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract.
Add Saba bananas. Cover saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool down.
Divide bananas and syrup into 4 individual serving bowls.
Top each with crushed ice. Pour about ¼ can of the evaporated milk onto the bananas. Serve.

Peel your bananas. Bring to a good boil a half liter of oil. Once the oil is boilin then it is ready for you to start dropping your bananas. Then, drop gently
your bananas one by one so the oil won't spill out..
Cook your bananas by mixing them constantly, after about three to five minutes add your brown sugar. Wait for it to melt and caramelize. Continue
mixing gently the caramel and the bananas. If you want a caramel well melted on your bananas, continue cooking this for another five more minutes.
Or should you prefer a crunchy sugar coating on your bananas, you should immediately cut the fire. Take them off one by one and let the oil drip. Skew them
on your bamboo sticks, approximately 2 bananas per stick.
