Donkey Presidential Candidate Rejected By Ecuador Officials

The demand for a jackass legislative candidate by dozens of citizens has been denied in the Ecuadorean city of Guayaquil. The Donkey candidate, Mr. Burro was paraded by at least 40 people in the streets leading to the electoral office. But, officials refused to let them gain access into the electoral building.


Even though backers had dummied up a mock voter registration card showing the candidate's photo superimposed on a man wearing a business suit. Advocates of Mr Burro have said that the move was to call voters attention to the seriousness of the forth coming election.
