One thing I've learned as a wife and mother for the past 25 years is that you need to buy healthy food and create healthy meals to keep your family energized. Groceries are expensive and it's always easier to cheaper to reach for convenience foods, or so you think. Planning, shopping sales, using coupons and stocking your pantry and cupboards will save you more money in the long run, and your family will have more healthy food options available.
