Many days, I try to humble myself, simply sit quietly or meditate with no distractions, close my eyes and think about what and who I am grateful for. HonestIy, I don’t really always do it but on the days I do it, it makes me very happy and fulfilling.

Good morning everyone. AMOR ETERNO (wife), checking in. I would like to talk about APPRECIATION and GRATITUDE.

Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. Wouldn't it be great if everyone would appreciate the important things in life? Wouldn't life be much easier if each person felt appreciation and expressed it fully to others? Alot of hurt feelings would be avoided many people would feel a much stronger sense of belonging and closeness to others. When I tell someone "THANK YOU," it's an appreciation of something that they have done no matter how small it may be. I am acknowledging the fact that they have done something for me and that I really appreciate it. If I want to live life fully, I must be appreciative of all that life gives to me for I truly don't know what things are best for me, and which things may not be as good no matter how they seem to me.
