Place jam in a bowl (I used jam berries shock), 3 egg yolks, oil and vanilla, stirring with a whisk, add baking powder and mix with vinegar off. Add flour little by little stirring with whisk.

Meanwhile, put the melted chocolate in bain marie cap. When it melts, add the butter, stir, remove from heat, add the 4 egg yolks one at a time, stirring with a whisk remaining egg whites and sparkling. Homogenized and give cold to bake cake.

By staying cold chocolate cream, vanilla cream prepared. Place in a bowl cremsnit powder, add little by little cold milk, stirring vigorously with a whisk or mixer. In three minutes it is ready hardened. Keep 3-4 tablespoons of vanilla cream for decoration.

With a long knife cut the dough into two or three slices.
