I have operated a Kitsy Lane boutique (Sweet Dreams) online for about four months now. I am in LOVE! The checks have not been huge, but it has been steady. I signed up online, chose from the different design themes, picked the products I wanted to carry, connected it to my social accounts and advertised like crazy. There was no sign up fee, the website is free, I do not have to keep inventory on hand or even invest anything more than a few minutes a day. Sales are even posted for me! I send an invite or email a link, they go to my boutique, order what they want, and Kitsy Lane ships it. How easy is that? I earn up to 20% commission on each sale that they mail in a check once a month. I love all the jewelry that I have bought and the free gifts (with orders over $50). The free gifts change periodically, sometimes as often as week to week. In addition to the jewelry, there is a good selection of other accessories. Kitsy Lane also offers e-gift cards, coupon codes from time to time and sales are updated several times a week.

I would love for this to become a viable source of income for me. Could you imagine spending just a couple of minutes a day deciding what to sell and them a few hours advertising! It would be bliss. For now my goal is to be able to pay off a few of my bills. I plan on upping my game at the beginning of the year- mailing post cards, hosting v-parties, having a booth at a few of the local of events and maybe even a few flea markets.

My overall experience with Kitsy Lane has been good. It's still a fairly new, fairly unheard of company (at least around here) but it seems to have a lot of potential. There is a good selection of jewelry and accessories to chose from and it is free. You don't have to handle any merchandise, it only takes a few minutes a day. I have received three checks so far and while they may not have been huge, I'm still new at it. I would recommend that if you are looking for something new to try to make a few extra dollars, check it out. I'm glad that I did!
