Eating snack while on diet can be very difficult though specially for beginners. Try doing this technique though: try to eat small portion of food 8 times a day, a friend of mine which is a model uses strategy

Snacking while dieting is very difficult for me... I have this "all or nothing" mindset. Either I stick to my eating plan religiously or I overeat :( I hate it.

Snacks are part of the diet we are doing. Trick is to ONLY eat the snacks on the diet, not more snacks!
