Although you're on a diet, you can still eat snacks, you know? Snacking or eating snacks while dieting is actually recommended because it helps the stomach feel full so you do not easily hungry and overeating. But remember, this does not mean freedom to consume snacks as much as possible. Excessive consumption of snacks will increase the calorie intake and increase your weight.

Choose fiber-rich snacks such as fruits, vegetables, and whole-wheat crackers. Plus, protein-rich foods, like edamame (boiled soy beans) and low-fat yogurt. Both types of snacks can make you feel full longer. This is because fiber and protein is digested in the body longer and encourage spending some kind of hormone associated with satiety.
