Grands Biscuits Chicken Pot Pies

These little pies are so delicious and so easy to make. What I do is take chicken that I have boiled and cut it up into very small cubes. The chicken doesn't have skin or bones.

I use frozen vegetables that I have thawed out.

I mix a can of cream of chicken soup with a can of cream of mushroom soup.

You then want to spray a muffin pan with vegetable cooking spray and take a Grands Biscuit and force it down into each muffin cup. Take a tablespoon and make a large pocket down into the center of each Grands Biscuit.

Into that cup put a heaping spoon of thawed vegetables and a tablespoon of cooked chicken. And then put a tablespoon of the mixed soups in on top of the chicken and vegetables.

Bake at 350 degrees in a hot oven until the biscuits at the top look simular to what I have in the photo there. You can then set the cooked mini chicken pot pies out of the oven and let them cool slightly.

These are some of the most delicious little chicken pot pies that you'll ever eat in your life. They are so delicious.
